BB Motto - 'Life to the Full' Our Vision explains why we do what we do: that children and young people experience "life to the full." (John 10:10). Our prayer and hope that children and young people experience life to the full through coming to know Jesus for themselves. Boys’ Brigade is a uniformed organisation for boys aged 5 upwards. (although we currently do NOT run Anchor Boys for 4-8 year olds) The aim of the Boys’ Brigade is the advancement of Christ's kingdom among Boys and the promotion of habits of Obedience, Reverence, Discipline, Self-respect and all that tends towards a true Christian manliness. We meet every Wednesday evening in term time and cover a range of activities including a devotion, games, puzzles, challenges, baking and sometimes drill and band.
Usually, on the second Sunday, we attend the family service at the Church, along with the Girls’ Brigade. We also camp in the Summer and during October half term. |
