Neil is the Youth Pastor at Victoria Baptist. He is married to Jess and they have a son called Joel. He joined the staff at the church in February 2009. He was born in Johannesburg, South Africa, and grew up in a church environment.

Before starting full-time ministry, Neil studied and worked in the media industry, working in both video post-production and production, and worked in both London and Cape Town in this industry.

While travelling in England, God put a great burden on his heart for the youth, and saw their need for God. During this time, he felt a call to ministry and working with the youth in England. Subsequently Neil went back to Johannesburg, South Africa, to study a BA in theology. During his studies he worked for four years leading the youth ministry in his home church (Rosebank Union Church).

Neil has a heart for young people, and longs to develop equipped, committed, sold-out youth for God, living out their faith in their schools, colleges, universities, homes and church.
