OK, so what's my 'niche'?
We've discovered that everyone who is part of the church is utterly unique.
The trouble is we often try to squeeze ourselves into serving the church in area where we don't naturally fit. Just imagine what it would be like to do what you know you're good it as part of your Christian discipleship - it would be liberating!
A Niche day is designed to help you discover your best fit (your 'niche') in the church so you can serve Christ with maximum effectiveness and minimum weariness.

What happens on the day
On a Niche day you will hear some teaching about spiritual gifts and human skills and how God uses them both to build his church. Then you will go through an exercise to help you discover what your unique profile looks like. We will follow that later with a one-to-one consultation to help you discover the optimum place to be using your particular gifts in the church. It may not be a perfect fit, but it will be a fulfilling one.
