Cameo is the place where over 55s meet, make friends and enjoy an amazing collection of activities. So if you're available during the day this is an occasion not to be missed

Wednesday Cameo

On Wednesday mornings from 10.00 am the Welcome Centre of the church is home to people drinking coffee and tea, playing games and socialising. The people come to Cameo have retired from all walks of life and you will meet some fascinating new people over something as simple as a coffee.

Every month we have a meal together and a short informative talk from one of the church speakers. These events are just great fun and people often comment about how inspiring they are.

Summer Cameo

Every Summer, during August, Cameo runs a larger event to which many peole come. This provides more organised and specialist activities, speakers from further afield, Desert Island Discs and much more

Taking place on Tuesdays and Fridays during August, Cameo takes over the whole of the church with a selection of games, food, talks and a thought for the day to stimulate the little grey cells. .
